Dental Clinic Scott AFB

Comprehensive dental care is provided for all active duty military personnel assigned to Scott AFB in one of the largest and best-equipped dental clinics in the Air Force. It has most dental specialties represented to include Endodontics, Prosthodontics, Periodontics, Oral Surgery and Orthodontics. Orthodontic care is available on a very limited basis. Dental sick call is managed on an appointment basis. Periodic dental examinations are scheduled for active duty members through their Unit Health Monitor. Follow-up appointments are made at the time of the periodic dental exam appointment or by calling the Dental Clinic. The dental clinic also operates a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD-1) residency program for up to six recent dental school graduates.
