eligible family members.

Prescription Pickup Update

Beginning April 13, 2026, all in-person prescription pickups
are completed at the Main Pharmacy.
Go directly to the pharmacy dispensing windows.
A kiosk ticket is not required for pickup.

Pharmacy Services

New Prescriptions

Prescriptions are accepted from Scott AFB providers and TRICARE-authorized
civilian providers.

Prescription Refills

Request refills through the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal or by calling the
automated refill line.

Prescription Pickup

Pick up prescriptions at the Main Pharmacy or use ScriptCenter when the
medication is eligible.

Filling a New Prescription

The pharmacy accepts prescriptions from military and civilian healthcare
providers.

1. Scott AFB Providers

Your Scott AFB provider may submit your prescription directly to the pharmacy
during or after your appointment.

After the prescription is submitted, activate it using one of the
following options:

• Activate the prescription online using Get in Line.
• Call the pharmacy at
  618-256-9355.
• Text “Get in line” to
  1-833-444-3741
  for non-urgent medications.
• Activate the prescription in person at the Main Pharmacy.

2. Civilian Providers

Ask your TRICARE-authorized civilian provider to submit the prescription
electronically.

electronic submission is preferred.

activated before the pharmacy begins processing it.

Send a request through the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal and select
Scott Clinic Pharmacy.

Request a Prescription Refill

Online Refill

1. Log in to the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal.
2. Select the Rx Refills tab.
3. Select the medications you want to refill.
4. Choose the available pickup location.
5. Review the provided ready date and time.

Phone Refill

Call the automated refill line at
618-298-7813.

Follow the prompts to request the refill and select an available pickup
location. Patients enrolled in text alerts will receive a message when the
prescription is ready.

Main Pharmacy

All in-person prescription pickups are completed at the pharmacy dispensing
windows. A kiosk ticket is not necessary for pickup.

Prescription Hold Time

Prescriptions that are not picked up are returned to stock after
10 calendar days.

Identification Required

A valid uniformed services identification card is required, including for
children age 10 and older.

When picking up for another person, bring that person’s valid ID,
photocopy or digital image of the ID.

ScriptCenter

The ScriptCenter is located inside the
Base Exchange near Military Clothing.

ScriptCenter Medication Restrictions

Refrigerated medications, oversized items and certain controlled substance
prescriptions may not be available through ScriptCenter.

Drug Take Back Program

Place eligible unwanted or unneeded medications in the secure medication
disposal bin located inside the Main Pharmacy.

The Disposal Bin Does Not Accept

• Syringes
• Needles
• Liquids greater than four ounces

Certain medications appearing on the FDA Flush List may be disposed of by
flushing. Follow current FDA instructions for the specific medication.
